1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by TheRemovalGuys ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By booking our services, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
TheRemovalGuys offers removal services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of items as specified in your booking.
3. Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed.
Payment Terms: Payment methods include cash upon arrival, bank transfer, or credit card. Full payment is required before or at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur additional fees and is subject to availability.
5. Pricing and Quotations
Quotations: All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quotation.
Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for services such as disassembly/reassembly of furniture, packing materials, or additional labor.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved, including any special requirements or fragile items.
Access and Parking: Ensure adequate access and parking for our vehicles at both the pickup and delivery locations.
Packing: Ensure all items are properly packed and secured for transportation unless packing services are provided by us.
7. Liability and Insurance
Damage and Loss: TheRemovalGuys will take utmost care in handling your items. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss of items unless it is due to our negligence.
Insurance: It is recommended that you have adequate insurance coverage for your items during the move. We offer additional insurance options upon request.
8. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, or items prohibited by law. The customer is responsible for ensuring that no such items are included in the shipment.
9. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints: Any complaints must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate and resolve issues promptly.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in our operating region.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
TheRemovalGuys is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
